When you contact us

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, and the vehicle or service you ask about. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss availability, a viewing, financing, or delivery.

Delivery offers

If you request a delivery package offer, we also collect your destination ZIP code, estimated road distance, and transport choice. ZIP coordinates are looked up through Zippopotam.us; OSRM calculates the route using OpenStreetMap data. These services receive the ZIP code or approximate coordinates, not your name, email, or phone. A signed first-party cookie remembers the reserved vehicle, package amounts, the original 48-hour deadline, and whether expedited handling was requested in this browser. It contains no name, email, or phone number, may remain for up to one year to remember the original deadline, and does not renew the offer when you refresh or visit another vehicle.

Campaign information

If you arrive through a tagged advertising link, we also attach its campaign labels (UTM parameters), landing-page path, and referring website to your inquiry. This helps us understand which advertising generated an inquiry. Campaign labels are stored in your browser’s session storage for up to 24 hours within that tab’s session; closing the tab ends the session. Your form contact details are not stored there.

Services used by this website

Cloudflare hosts the website and handles form requests. Resend delivers inquiry emails, and our team receives them in our Titan business mailbox. These providers process the information needed to provide their services and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs.

Advertising measurement

We currently prepare events within the website for page views, vehicle views, phone-link clicks, and successfully submitted inquiries. No Meta Pixel or Meta Conversions API is currently connected. We will update this notice when advertising tracking is connected.
